When trying to engage a prospect for your agency, how do you connect with them?
Perhaps you’re sending them a cold email or message on LinkedIn. Either way, what’s in the message?
Is it a laundry list of things your firm offers that they might want to buy? If so, you aren’t just scaring them away, you’re damaging your brand’s repuation.
That strategy is equivalent to trying to catch fish by screaming at them with a megaphone. Clearly, it doesn’t work.
Why doesn’t it work you ask?
It’s because the message you are sending is all about you NOT them. You need to make it about THEM. In particular how you can offer them value.
